About two years ago I was reading about the "The Power In Heaven" doctrine which existed in Judaism until AFTER Jesus (YAHUSHA) had come. I stumbled onto Dr. Michael Heiser's work on this subject matter when led me into reading his other books. His studies on the Divine Council; and, the comparrison of the Biblical flood Account to the Mesopotamian Flood mythology has been very informative; and, fruitful in helping me understand the proper first century world view that believers in the first century had.
